We make our own dough fresh every day in store. Most

restaurants will freeze their dough at a warehouse and have it shipped sometime later.

We all know what happens to most anything that remains frozen. Uggh!

 

 

 

 

These are a few of our items that we serve during our "express lunch". Among them: the sicilian salad, spaghetti, rigatoni, ravioli, and the town favorite, "pizza by the slice!" Everyday between 11-3 you can enjoy two giant slices and a small drink for just $4.49. Add toppings if you wish, they are extra of course. Nowhere in the valley can you get pizza by the slice available for that price, and served that fast. Other favorites include our pepperoni rolls, stuffed with endless amounts of jumbo pepperoni and cheese, and our pepperoni, sausage, and cheese combination calzones. Both served with marinara sauce and melted cheese.
